【摘要】:ThispartofEN474dealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttocableexcavatorsasdefinedinENISO6165:2006,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThisEuropeanStandardappliesalsotocableexcavators,theirundercarriageandupper-structure,ifintendedforuseincombinationwithotherequipmentorattachment,suchasdrillrigs,piledrivingandextractingequipmentandmovingequipment(e.g.railtrack,walkinglegs,pontoon,ship)orstationaryundercarriage.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotdealingwiththespecifichazardsduetotheseadditionalequipmentorattachment.TherequirementsofthispartarecomplementarilytothecommonrequirementsformulatedinEN474-1:2006.ThispartdoesnotrepeattherequirementsfromEN474-1:2006,butaddsorreplacestherequirementsforapplicationforcableexcavators.Thispartspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsduringcommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofthemachineryinthescope.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletocableexcavatorsmanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
